InShoot – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the InShoot services (“Service”) offered via our app, website, and other platforms. By booking, using, or accessing InShoot, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided
InShoot offers:

Instant reel creation using iPhone and professional cameras

On-demand photography/videography for events, individuals, and businesses

Instant delivery of edited content (where applicable)

2. Booking & Payments
All bookings must be made through the InShoot app or verified communication channels

Full payment is required in advance unless otherwise specified

Cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the shoot for a full refund

Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) may not be eligible for refunds

3. Rescheduling & Delays
Clients may reschedule a shoot once, up to 24 hours before the scheduled time

If the assigned creator is delayed due to unavoidable circumstances, InShoot will arrange for a replacement or reschedule

4. Content Usage & Ownership
Clients own the rights to the content delivered to them

InShoot retains the right to use any content (photos/videos) for marketing and portfolio purposes, unless the client opts out in writing

5. Professional Conduct
Clients must ensure a safe and respectful environment for InShoot creators

InShoot creators are expected to maintain professionalism and deliver content as per package specifications

6. Limitations of Liability
InShoot is not liable for:

Losses due to event cancellations

Delay in delivery due to natural calamities or technical failures

Any indirect or consequential damages

7. Content Delivery
iPhone reels: Delivered within 1 hour post-shoot (unless otherwise agreed)

DSLR/professional content: Delivered within 12–48 hours

Delivery timelines may vary depending on scope and service selected
